Recommended Equipment by Group

All swimmers should have a water bottle and Mesh gear bag to keep their equipment in. Everything should clearly marked with the swimmer’s name. The mesh bags should not be left at the pool, with the exception of highschoolers going straight from mornings to class.
Jedi, Group 1, Group 2
Fins-need to be close heeled, long and flexible.
Kickboard-we have loaner kickboards at the pool but swimmers are encouraged to bring their own.
Group 3-recommended items
Fins, as swimmers get older and taller, they need to migrate to this type of fin.
Paddles this type of paddle has no strap. Ask your coach for a size recommendation.
Buoy (this is the one that Coach Thomas prefers and eliminates the need for an ankle strap)
snorkel for swimmers new to using a snorkel a nose clip may be needed.
Group 4 All of the above items are required plus:
Running shoes and appropriate attire for dryland outside.
A smart watch, Fitbit or other heart rate monitoring device is highly recommended
Swimmers attending dryland should be dress for running outside (running shoes and shorts). All dryland equipment will be provided.
