Weekly Information 8/17
- The 2025/26 Season begins tomorrow. If you have not registered your swimmer yet for the the year go to the website, [email protected], click on the registration button and follow through until you see the success message. Do not try to log in first! If your swimmer is returning to us from last season you will need to register before attending your first practice. If you are new to the team you will need to register by the end of your first week.
- This is the last email that will go out to unregistered families.
- Equipment: Now is a good time to check with your swimmer and check if they have all their needed equipment and it still fits. Below I will attempt to add the link for most items.
- All swimmers need to bring the following to the pool every day: goggles, suit, water bottle and towel. Caps are optional but recommended. If your swimmer gets cold easily or has long hair they should were a cap
- All swimmers in Jedi, G1 and G2 should have their own Fins.
- As swimmers get older and move to G3/4 they should migrate to this type of Fins.
- G3 and G4 swimmers should have their own Paddles and Bouy. The body that we want can be hard to find. I it is currently out of stock at swim outlet.com so the link I posted is for thelifeguardstore.com.
- G3 and 4 members should also have their own snorkel.
- Additionally all G3/4 swimmers attending dryland should be dressed appropriately in shorts and running shoes. Swimmers not in running shoes will not be allowed to participate.
- Our first meet of the year will be in Cape next month. I will have the info on our events page soon.
- Lesson Parents, out M/W classes are currently full. The T/Th level C and A classes still have room. Classes begin on September 8.
As always, if you have any questions please contact me, Coach Thomas Huggins at [email protected]. I will do my best to get back to you within 24 hours.
