Saluki Swimmers Excel in Memphis Thunder Open                                                                                                         April, 2010

Two Saluki Swim Club swimmers competed in the Memphis Thunder Open last weekend in Collierville, TN.  Twelve year old Jacob Stone won the 11-12 boys High Point award.  Jacob won the 50 and 100 breast, 200 and 400 IM, 50, 100, 200, and 800 free, 2^nd in the 50 fly and 4^th in the 100 back.  Jacob achieved Ozark qualifying times in all ten of his races.  Jacob also added his times to the Saluki top 5 for 11-12 boys in 8 events.  Seventeen year old Stephen Cohen finished 2^nd in the 200 breast, 5^th in the 50 free, 6^th in the 100 breast and 400 IM.  Stephen achieved Ozark qualifying times in 6 of his events.  In all Saluki swimmers achieved 5 BB times, 4 A times, 9 AA times, and 2 AAA times.
